Lorena was born in Rancho Grande, Mexico, and has lived in Boulder since 2002. In 2017 she began to learn about the sugar added to many beverages and the risks of drinking them. Her curiosity and desire to offer her family a better lifestyle led her to join the Promotoras team. She is a great promotor of a healthy diet and shares her knowledge with her family and other community members. Lorena is enthusiastic about learning more about how to help families have a balanced and healthy lifestyle. She believes that even though that is not easy, it is possible. She loves spending quality time with her daughters.
