Jetzabel Martinez

Fiesta en la Escuela (School Party or Party in the Schools)

Jetzabel was born in Venezuela and moved to Boulder almost six years ago.  She is a sociologist, with a degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, with studies in facilitation of accelerated learning, socially responsible business administration, and development of personal and professional competencies. Jetzabel is a part of the AMISTAD family because it has allowed her to develop her passion for education, learning, connecting with her community, and feeling part of a movement for change.

In AMISTAD, Jetzabel has been able to nourish her passion for contributing in the area of healthy lifestyles, while at the same time growing personally. In her free time you can find her dancing to Latino rhythms and admiring the plants and flowers in nature.
