Ana Karina Casas

 Access and Community Development Coordinator and Fruits and Veggies Program Coordinator

Ana Karina Casas was born in Zacatecas, Mexico. She came to the United states when she was eleven years old and she attended Casey Middle School and Boulder High School. She has lived in Boulder the majority of her life, and she is recognized as a great leader and activist. She collaborates frequently with different organizations that work for a more just society. As an active member of our community, Ana spends her time facilitating meetings, educating her friends and coworkers, sharing stories and guiding others; she is also the mother of Leo and Koda, her two children to whom she teaches about “The Struggle”.
